To podesavanje je za sauh, pri skroz povucenom sauhu, leptir gasa treba da bude otvoren 6.5mm.
Za ler nema odredjeno podesavanje, tj. otvor leptira, to se podesava na licu mesta na svakom pojedinacnom motoru.

Ako mislis na otvor leptira pri povucenom sauhu, npr. burgija od 6.5mm treba da prodje pored leptira.

pozz ljudi . .imam jedno pitanje: recimo imamo karburatore Weber 30/32 , 32/32 i 32/34 . .zanima me da li pasuje bilo koja usisna grana za dvogrli karburator na bilo koji model . .na primer da li moze da se stavi usisna za dvogrli na weber 32/34 od yuga 60/65(znam da su ova dva modela imali dvogrle karburatore sto elektronce sto mehanicke) i kuciste filtera . .nzm mozda je pitanje i glupo al nisam neki expert pa zato pitam . .jel u mogucnosti sam da uzmem ovaj 32/34 ali kaze lik da nema granu,pa onda razmisljam koji ce mi djavo ako je ta grana za njega retka i necu moci da je nadjem i uradim bilo sta.eto toliko ,hvala.

Pasuju svi ti od nabrojanih na granu od Juga 60/65. E sad predpostavljam da mislis na DMTR modele, oni pasuju dok recimo neki drugi modeli ne. Generalno 32/32 je sirina prvog i drugog grla, to stoji uz svaki karburator.

Da mislim na DMTR modele . . .upravo to me zanimalo , , pazarim taj karburator i odem na otpad i kazem daj mi granu za dvogrli od nekih zastavinih modela recimo yugo 60/65,bilo koju i to je to,da to sam mislio

Da da, pasuju na granu od Juga 65 bez problema. Za 34/34 mora malo da se rasiri gornji deo grane za potpun efekat a ovi manji pasuju bez problema.

Ljudi uzimam za koji dan Weber 32/34 DMTR,uzet iz Italije koliko sam video na njemu nema nikakvih ostecenja,nije cak ni zamascen,bukvalno kao da nikad nije ni bio na autu,covek mi je rekao da je to bukvalno nov karburator,ali ja znam da nije,ipak izgleda bas ocuvano a i ako je bio na autu nije mnogo vozen . . .Mene sta zanima je sledece:Kolika je potrosnja kod njega jel na yugicu sad imam onaj standardni jednogrli,bitno mi je samo da na prvom grlu ne trosi mnogo,znam da kad bude otvorio drugo grlo da ce da srche ko nezdrav i nemam problem s tim ali samo da nije dramaticna razlika u potrosnji na prvom grlu kod njega i kod standardnog jednogrlog,a druga stvar je:Sta mi sve treba da bi to fino uklopio i skockao,granu vec imam neke kontakte i lako cu naci,ali ako neko moze da mi objasni koje kuciste filtera tu ide i koji jos delovi,zanima me najlaksi nacin da sklopim sve to,neko pomenu da od elektronca kuciste moze lako da se namesti,nemam onu metalnu plocicu sto ide izmedju njih,a on mi kaze idi kod nekog strugara da ti to napravi,u sustini da ne duzim zanima me najlaksi nacin za montiranje kucista i svih onih duhtunga i ploca sto idu izmedju . .i jos ovo:Sta sa sajlom gasa jel moram i to da menjam ili kako? Potrosnja bi trebala da bude oko 8-9 litara, uz zescu voznju moguce i vise...
Kuciste ti je potrebno za dvogrli, mogao bi da upasujes od keca speciala, super konforta, skale ili yuga 65...

Izvinjavam se ako sam nesto zeznuo oko uploada slika ako je protiv pravila foruma jel nisam znao gde drugo da postavim slike nadam se da moze ovako na postimage,ako ne recite da izbrisem ili ispravim . . .

Ako se ne varam, to je odnos gorivo-vazduh na dizni...to je malo siromasnija smesai obicno je na drugom grlu

Imam weber elektronca pa sam cistio dizne i mozda pomesao mesta, kada se gleda sa leva kod mene ide prvo 250 pa onda dizna 170.

Pitanje, Koja je minimalna i max mera plovka za dvogrli karburator WEBER 30 DIC ....
Uradio sam ih 10-15 i zapisao sam taj podatak i sada ne mogu da ga nadjem....popizdeo sam..

DMTR questions, US release.
Please allow me to apologize first, since I only speak English and Spanish, for posting in English.
I just rescued a 1988 Yugo GVX from the junkyard, and can't get it to idle. I am pretty sure I have the DMTR, though the head of the carb doesn't match exactly with any of the pictures I have seen; it has fitments for a bail that is used to attach the air filter. I have tried both the carb that came with the car and a nearly identical carb I bought at another local junkyard for $35. Neither carb will idle, though both will run off the accelerator pump if you give them the Chevy shuffle. I am also in the process of deleting all the emissions controls, and trying to get the engine back as close to the Serbian design as possible.
I ran the engine for several minutes on the accelerator pump, enough to warm the engine. Still no idle, so the problem is not lack of choke. The tag in the engine compartment says that idle speed is set for the life of the carb , so it seems I am unable to fiddle with the idle mix screw.
Both carbs have a solenoid facing the cab, I used the one off of the old carb in the carb I bought. The bought carb also has a second solenoid placed vertically near the fuel Inlet. I am assuming the one on the rear is an idle cutoff solenoid. I don't know what the other is. I have also tried feeding power to both solenoids with jumper leads and still have no idle.
In its current configuration the vacuum advance is hooked to a nipple on the manifold, and if I am reading the other posts correctly, it should be attached to the nipple at the rear of the carb near the solenoid. Is that correct?
There are all kinds of diaphragms and nipples on this carburetor, is there a listing or diagram of all the things that are attached on an emissions carb so I can determine which items I do not need?

You probably have Weber 7Y 2M-RA carburetor, all Yugos for import had that kind. It has automatic choke, it is located on the left side of the carburetor, facing the ignition coil. It has one wire connected to the W post on the alternator or + terminal on the ignition coil (better solution). Idle cutoff solenoid is at the back of the carb, facing the firewall. It should be also hooked to the ignition coil + terminal. I think that is your no idle problem. Does it click when you apply 12V on solenoid wire?
If not, you can cut the needle on the end and screw it back in the carb. That is how i did it, now its only function is to plug off the hole.
Idle mixture screw is probably pluged, that is how factory did it on some carbs. If memory surves, mixture screw is located bellow idel cutoff solenoid. Try to pry that plug off and you will be able to adjust the mixture. Here is a picture of it:
