The circuits using relays are for direction indicators, headlights, rear window heater and the hazard warning lights. Simply eliminate one by one circuit, when the relay is functional it should click.

You have 4 relays, for fog lights, rear window defroster, low beams and high beams, they are all the same.

Re: Wiring plans, US release
Does anyone know if I want to manually activate the rear wipers with a jumper wire, how I'd do that? As in pull the connector away and feed power to one of the pins, and ground to another if necessary?
Generally when I start diagnosing electrical issues, the first step is to determine if the component itself works in the simplest fashion. That is generally followed by making the system operate it properly.
Not that I don't get deeper than that sometimes; I had to hook an oscilloscope to one of our tractors to finally find the problem the dealership couldn't.
Same question basically with the low beams, how would you trip them outside of the steering column switch? I did test my bulbs, and there is continuity across the bulb on both terminals on at least one side. I tried a different relay in each pocket and got no change. I should be able to jump across the harness with a wire and receive low beams if the switch is bad.
"8 D" is the code for the smiley 8D. Just curious why the relay is so happy.

i think that you should take off that wiper motor and disassemble it..it is just seased up in main shaft that moves wiper arm..

If I do that, I'll still need to know the same thing to test it on the bench.
