Electric choke circuit

So, I have been fighting with my electric choke. According to the manual, it runs off of a relay. I pulled all the relays and fed voltage back down the wire to try to locate which wire under which relay delivers voltage to the choke. All I managed to do was light the battery lamp with the key off. Never found any connection to the relays. What is it I am missing here?

Mine electric choke was connected to 2nd fuse from windsheld..but mine choke was revired to run when electric idle valve,from factory it should be conectedbon alternator,w exit 7v
